About Premier Events

Rebecca Anderson is the founder and owner of Premier Events. Rebecca has worked in the service industry for over 30 years and has 10 years of experience as a wedding/party planner. She received her experience by working through the ranks which has given her the prospective of what quality service as all about. Her passion for creating beautiful events and her keen eye for creativity, has resulted in her creation of Premier Events.

Rebecca started planning weddings and parties in Scottsdale, Arizona while working at a four star luxury hotel. She moved back to Minnesota and found that the smaller cities had not yet caught on to the idea of hiring a wedding coordinator/party planner to assist them with their special day.

Not until she was planning her own daughter’s wedding in 2005, did she feel how apparent this need was. When the wedding day arrived, she was so caught up with all the overwhelming details, she found she wasn’t able to enjoy the day as she should have. It was at this light bulb moment when she knew there had to be someone that busy couples and parents could count on to see to all the details. That someone was her! Since that time she has assisted many others with making their special event a day to remember and cherish.
