Wedding Day Management

This is our most popular package. At Premier Events, we know that most couples and parents continue to do most of the planning for their wedding. Believe us, we know, it is very difficult to trust someone to see that all the details you have worked months on are taken care of. Yet, when it comes to the “Day of,” it’s time to let go and let someone else take on the responsibilities. We know its hard, however when you do, you’ll appreciate having us by your side on this most glorious day.

Initial Consultation: This will be a time for you and us to get a feel for what you are looking for in a wedding. We will discuss your budget and pinpoint what things are most important

We will than meet with you about two weeks before your wedding day and go over details and concerns. Our goal is to see that all the details you have planned will become a reality. About 1-2 hours

We will be on hand for the rehearsal and give direction to you and your bridal party. It gives us the opportunity to meet them so when the wedding day arrives, we are familiar with everyone in your party. The itinerary you have outlined will be issued to the bridal party and family members. About 2 hours.

We will be working to make sure all is going smoothly with your vendors. We will be by your side on your wedding day to tend to all the details you have planned will be delivered. You can rest assured that the aisle flowers are in place and the tablecloths are on right side up. We will be there to make sure the itinerary you have set for your family and bridal party members is on schedule. This means seeing that all parties have their flowers, are available for pictures, and where they need to be when they need to be there.

We will also assist the ushers with moving guests into the ceremony location so your event starts on time. We will be on hand for the ceremony to make sure everyone is lined up and ready to begin the wedding procession.

During the ceremony, we will take care of clearing the dressing room and then transferring items that will be used at the reception. Any errands that would cause you stress will be eliminated so you may have a hectic free day. We will also coordinate with your hosts and the catering staff to assist in the releasing of tables at your reception. We will be on hand through the first dance. About 10 hours

So stop, take a deep breath, look at the faces of your guests, and remember every minute… every second of this day.

The Wedding Day Management package is $500.00

Wedding Day Guidance

Premier Events will be guiding your wedding and reception to make sure that the decorations are perfect, the cake is on time, and everything in between. We want to take care of the details so you can take care of you! We will manage any issues that arise so you will be able to enjoy your wedding and your guests.

Initial Consultation: This will be a time for you and us to get a feel for what you are looking for in a wedding. We will discuss your budget and pinpoint what things are most important

We will have 2 or 3 meetings before your wedding to tie up loose ends and manage any last minute concerns. By creating a “Day of” itinerary for your bridal party and family members, this will set the stage for a stress free day.

We will contact each of your vendors and double check that they are aware of your wants and needs. In addition we will call them one week before the wedding and mail them a copy of the wedding itinerary so that everyone is on the same page. Vendors like this added feature, as they want to be able to provide you with exceptional service. If you would like us to meet with a vendor, that would not be included in the standard fee. However, we are happy to accompany you for an additional charge at $25.00 per hour.

We will then provide the same service for the rehearsal and the wedding day as in our Wedding Day Management Package.

The Wedding Day Guidance package is $650.00

Just Show Up

Premier Events will guide you through the entire process from your first complimentary consultation to your first dance as a couple. Together we will manage your budget so that you receive everything you want for your wedding at a price you can afford. We can assist you in choosing your wedding vendors and accompany you to meet with them. Listed below are the type of services included:

Initial Consultation: This will be a time for you and us to get a feel for what you are looking for in a wedding. We will discuss your budget and pinpoint what things are most important

Consecutive Consultations: We will be in constant contact on a regular basis to discuss the planning process. Together we will rely on you to select a ceremony and reception site. We will also be looking to contract a florist, decorator, caterer, transportation, musicians, DJ, videographer, photographer, make up artist, beauty salons, massages and even golf courses for tee times while your guests are in town.

At Premier Events, we know the right questions to ask. One of those being – “what will the catering staff be wearing?” Will they be in black and whites, or perhaps polo shirts?. It is important to know what questions to ask so there will be no surprises the day of your event. If you would like assistance in choosing you and your bridal party’s wedding attire, we will be happy to assist you.

Administrative Assistance: We will provide you with all the assistance you will need during the planning process. We will assist you is setting a long term and wedding day time-lines, compiling and editing the guest list, helping you select invitations, save the date cards, writing wedding vows, menu selection, announcing your engagement in local publications and organizing the seating chart and reserve hotel room blocks for out of town guests.

Decoration Set-up/Tear Down: With your ideas on centerpieces and decorations, we will oversee and create the perfect atmosphere for your wedding. You may either rent items from Premier Event that will be at a reduced cost or we will work with your choice of another decorator vendor. If there are any rental items that need to be returned, Premier Events will take care of all this.

Rehearsal and Wedding Day Management: We will be on hand to give direction to you, your bridal party and family the evening of your rehearsal and answer any questions they may have about their roles. We will provide an itinerary to your party the evening of the rehearsal.

Premier Events is skilled in preparing couples for this most wonderful day. We want to alleviate all the pressures by handling the stress and giving you emotional support. We will manage the actual wedding day by adhering to the itinerary we have created and work with all of your vendors. We will be on hand to decorate your ceremony and reception sites as soon as we are able to gain entrance. On your wedding day we will tend to the details of the florist, photographer, minister, musicians and any other vendors. A typical wedding takes between 200 and 250 hours to plan.

The Just Show Up package is $4,000-$5,000.

Custom Coordination for Lifes other Milestone Events - $30.00 per hour

This package provides our service where needed. You may already have selected your florist, but are having difficulty in locating a photographer. Perhaps you need a decorator to help with the ceremony or reception set up. Premier Events will be there to help you take care of those loose ends. This package also covers a variety of special events that we celebrate throughout our lifetimes. Premier Events is delighted to assist you in these milestone events such as special birthdays, engagement, graduation parties, class reunions, anniversaries, retirement parties or any other social affair that needs a helping hand. If you want to host one of these happy occasions with family and friends and still be able to enjoy the event, we are here to help you in any way we can.
