Catering Staging: $ 6.00 per person / $200 minimum

This service would be for clients who are hosting an event at a location other than a facility that provides catering services. Catering Staging is a service in which your caterer delivers the product in roasters or plastic containers. Premier Events takes this product and presents it in away that is more attractive. We all know that when it comes to food, it’s all about presentation and taste. A beautifully decorated buffet table always makes the food taste better. Think back to when you have attended an event and the luncheon or dinner is served in roasters or foil pans versus chafing dishes and candlelight. The right atmosphere will set the stage of what is yet to come. We will dress your buffet table with chafing dishes, table skirting, candle lighting, and the decorations needed to make your food presentation look amazing!! This package also includes wait staff to clear tables so your family, friends and guests can enjoy themselves. Premier Events also does select catering. Ask us about this service!

Decorating

Premier Events rents many items to set the stage for your special day. A lit backdrop set behind a head table, or to hide an area that you may want to cover. Centerpieces, linens, chair covers, table skirting with lighting to dress up that head table or the buffet, and so much more. These are just a few ideas of what we can do. We work with other decorating vendors to fill in any gaps that we may not have in our inventory. Costs vary depending on your choices, so please ask us how we can help set the atmosphere for your special event.

Food Service and Bartending

Premier Event’s staff has the same passion for making this day memorable for you as its owner. Our staff is dressed professionally for the occasion. That being said, a wedding would enlist the staff to be dressed in black trousers, white collared button down shirt with a necktie and apron. If the event is a less formal, the typical uniform would be khaki shorts and a polo shirt. Cost is $25.00 per person/per hour.
